All climbing shoes and mountaineering boot sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and range, there are different considerations to take into account like stretch and the intended usage. Climbing shoes and footwear cannot be returned if they have been used, even if it is the slightest of use. Our on-line service is generally intended for customers who already know the size and style of shoe that will fit their feet, or you can use it as a buying guide to help you make a choice for when you come into one of our shops.
