The Universo is a handy combination of the Verso belay device and the Attache 3D Karabiner, using a simple sliding connection that attaches the the belay device to the karabiner in the optimum position.

This simple solution prevents the karabiner spinning around and becoming dangerously cross-loaded and also reduces the chances of the Verso being dropped, particularly on multi-pitch routes when changing over at the belays.
